If you’re new to specialty coffee, we recommend starting with a medium roast - it’s well balanced, smooth, and works across most brew methods. Lighter roasts are brighter and more complex, while darker roasts are richer and bolder. Each product page includes tasting notes to help you choose, and you can always switch things up next time.
No - subscribing is completely optional. You can purchase coffee as a one-off if you’d like to try it first, or if a subscription doesn’t suit your routine. Our subscriptions are flexible and can be paused, changed or cancelled at any time.
We don’t currently offer a dedicated taster box, but many customers choose a one-off purchase to sample our coffee before subscribing. It’s a great way to explore the flavours and find your favourite.
